All orders will be addressed within one business day.
If the product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted within 24 hours and given a new estimated ship date. At that point the customer can make changes to the order or request a full refund.
In-stock items will ship within 3 business days. Customer can choose between 3 delivery options:
- pick-up in person
- Omniva Postal Service
Courier service will deliver the package only to the person listed on the purchase order. Delivery to a 3rd party agent must be agreed upon prior to shipping.
